How are you?? Today I have a long overdue post for you!! Colores de Carol came out with some beautiful crellies a couple of weeks ago and I am finally able to show them to you (I have mentioned before that we have been sick pretty much most of 2016). There are five new crellies in the Colores de Carol family, let’s take a look at them one by one.
Is a white crelly base with rainbow glitter in various sizes and shapes. I want to point out the black squares on this, I really love the way they stand out! You see three thin coats plus glossy top coat in the pics. Good formula and easy to work with, no glitter fishing or shenanigans
Is a soft pink crelly base with light blue glitter, holographic silver shimmer, small periwinkle hex glitter and matte sugar-plum triangles. I want to point out the little pink triangle glitters, in my case they were hard to come by but that made them the more special and not overwhelming at all. Formula is good and easy to work with. Three thin coats plus glossy top coat in the pics.
Is a minty green crelly base with small rainbow glitter, light and navy blue glitter matte yellow hex and mini yellow stars. The yellow stars make this crelly! love them! Formula is the same as previously mentioned, easy to work with, no dragging, no fishing, good all around. You see three thin coats plus glossy top coat in the pics.
Is a baby blue crelly with pastel dots, blue/green iridescent glitter, a mix of multicolored small square glitters, black and white bars and white mini stars. I am not a big fan of bar glitter but I really liked it in this crelly! specially the black bar, again the glitters flow naturally and it is not overwhelming at all. Formula is good. You see three thin coats plus top coat in the pics.
Is a bright purple crelly base with iridescent blue/purple glitter, a combination of blue, pink, yellow and neon red glitter. Formula is good, same as the previous crellies featured. You see three thin coats plus top coat.
Again, I feel the need to point out that I rather work with thin coats which is why you see three coats in the swatches, this is personal preference and it does not mean that three coats will be necessary for you too. I recommend it though, there’s more control over the formula with any finish and the coats dry faster.
I find this collection to be cute and refreshing, I love the different combinations of glitters and think they are unique and fun. My personal favorite is Kiana. If you like any of these pretties definitely pick it up! They’re adorable!
