Guest Post – Mama Hearts Polish

Hi friends!!

I have another one of my favorite and super duper talented friends for you today!! Nadia and I go a couple of yrs back and I have great admiration for her! You will see why in a minute!

Hi guys! I’m so happy to be guest posting today for Monica. I think most of her readers also know who I am but just in case let me make a short intro. I’m Nadia, a Puerto Rican mom of 2 living in Florida. My blog is Mama Hearts Polish and it started as way to help me stop biting my nails. 2 years later and I’m proud to say that I achieved my goal. Now I mainly blog about nail polish reviews and show you how to do easy and simple nail art. I wanted to do something colorful and fun for this post so I did a rainbow gradient with chevron stamping.

I started with a white base using Bettina Nail Enamel in Matte. Then I created a rainbow gradient using Bettina Be Jolly (red), Epic (orange), Yellow, Green Apple, Cobalt, and Secret Garden (purple). Bettina Nail Enamel is a Puerto Rican brand of nail polish that can only be found in the island and in select locations in Florida. I love how great they are for all kinds of nail art, they are my go-to polishes for gradients and water marbles, and I can stamp with most of them too. I also added Pretty and Polished Halo TC for some subtle holo sparkle.

For the stamping I used UberChic Beauty plate 1-01, and the Messy Mansion Crystal Stamper so I could see exactly where I was placing the lines. After I top coated with Pretty and Polished Swift Sparkle.

Here’s a video tutorial to show you guys how I did it.

I hope you guys like my post! To see more of my work, subscribe to my You Tube Channel, and follow me on Instagram!
